Prayers for America

1. Psalm 9:17 – The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

Father, we as believers declare, decree and agree that we will not forget You, our Lord, Savior, and Deliverer who established this nation on Godly principles, dependence on Your Word, and reverential fear of the Lord. We pray Your Word over the United States of America and ask You to not forget the cry of the righteous who have not forgotten You.

2. Proverbs 14:34 – Righteousness exalts a nation; but sin is a disgrace and a reproach to any people.

Father, hear the cry of Your righteous intercessors for Your mercy endures forever according to Psalm 136:1. You couldn’t find 10 righteous in Sodom, but we believe there are at least 10 million in America crying out to You in this very hour. Your mercy was given to Israel many times over because of the prayers of only one man, Moses, Your servant. According to Psalm 34:15, Your eyes are over the righteous and Your ears are open unto our cry. We ask for Your mercy and not Your justice. Show us Your Glory and send revival to our nation Father.

3. Psalm 22:28 – For the kingdom is the Lord’s, and He rules over the nations.

Father, we ask You to rule over America with Your powerful righteous right hand. According to Isaiah 9:6, let the government of our nation be upon Your shoulder. Deliver us from evil and the evil one who is trying to destroy our nation and Biblical principles. Job 22:28 says, “You shall also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee that which you decree.” We declare, decree, and agree with Word of God authority, that from anarchy and COVID we are free, in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus.

4. Psalm 33:12 – Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.

Father, we proclaim in Jesus’ name, that Jesus is Lord over America, and we ask You to bless America for the righteous sake. We declare this to be the greatest hour for the church and the body of Christ, if we hunger and thirst after righteousness according to Matthew 5:6, and seek first Your Kingdom according to Matthew 6:33. Show us Your Glory and pour out Your Spirit with revival fires spreading across this nation. We see those fires already being manifested across America.

5. 2 Chronicles 7:14 – If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (U.S. of America)

Father, we pray that we who are called Christians will meet the “if” conditions of this promise and humble ourselves, knowing that You are the Creator and we are the created, and seek You with all of our heart according to Jeremiah 29:13, and turn from our wicked ways. According to 2 Samuel 24:25, You will answer and respond to the prayers for the land. Please send revival and pour out Your Spirit and Your Glory upon our nation and restore the “fear of the Lord” so we can put our trust in You alone, our Lord and Savior.

6. Matthew 6:10 – Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven. Luke 22:42 – “Not My will, but Thine be done.”
Father, we pray that our will, will be Your will, and Your will be our will, to honor You as our Lord and Great King over America. Proverbs 21:1 says You can turn the heart of a King. We ask that You will turn our hearts back to You, for You have said in 1 Samuel 2:30 if we will honor You, You will honor us.

7. 1 Timothy 2:1-2
1 I exhort therefore, that first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

Father, we pray first for our leaders to know You, and lead this nation as our forefathers did, establishing Judeo-Christian concepts with total dependence on You. As the body of Christ, we believe for an end time revival and harvest of souls that the world has yet to see.

Father, we pray all of these prayers in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name. Amen!—

Prayer for Families of Law Enforcement & Correctional Staff

Father, we pray for our Officers and their families.

Your Word says in 1 John 5:14-15, “Now this is the confidence that we have in You, that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. And if we know that You hear us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of You.” We stand against strife in their homes and thank You for unity according to Psalm 133:1. We pray that husbands and wives will be obedient to Your Word to walk in and obey Philippians 2:3-5. “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.” We pray that their children will obey their parents according to Ephesians 6:1.
